We always enjoy the pool There is always plenty seating around it , in or out of the shade. Our only disappointment on this stay was the restaurant. Last year the food was excellent. This year we found it overcooked and not very well presented The WiFi was okay but when we had a bit of an emergency with no water the morning we were leaving we found the phone had no cord so had to get dressed and go to front desk. The power then went out so no lift to get back to our room

Poor checking, had to go back to the desk 3 times, waited over an hour past check in time. Gave us a free breakfast for our troubles, got there and breakfast was a coffee and a muffin waited 15 minutes for the manager to come and give us a real breakfast, the food was okay. We had arrange a shuttle for the next day, shuttle was late, no one could give us accurate information when it was going to come so we could assess if we needed to take an UBER. It eventually came a couple minutes later. Room was clean newly decorated

We booked this hotel based firstly on brand and secondly due to the fact they advertise a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. When checking in, we were advised the shuttle only started at 5:00 AM which did not work for us and many others who were in line to check in. The hotel did not even remotely seem interested in attempting to arrange the shuttle service for us and many others in line. Customer Service does not seem to be a priority here. Only when we went down to the counter a second time was an option provided which was a taxi at an additional cost to us. (the taxi service was terrific with great customer service) Our room was comfortable enough until the air conditioner stopped working which meant a poor nights sleep (if any sleep) prior to our early departure. I actually feel the hotel owes us a partial if not total reimbursement.

Wrong room assigned, but corrected. 4th floor room seems to have been updated compared to the 3rd floor room were first assigned. Airport shuttle didn’t start early enough for our flight, and the earliest shuttle was full. People arriving later than us had the same problem. Person checking us in was great finding a taxi for $30 U.S. Gift shop was supposed to open until 10:00 p.m. but was closed at 9:35 p.m. For these reasons, I would try another hotel in the airport area.

The staff at the hotel were excellent- check in process simple, staff very helpful as we were travelling with young children. The hotel rooms are spacious and were spotless. Housekeeping staff were also excellent.

Some staff courteous but some slow or disinterested in assisting. Bed and bath clean and room spacious but due to humidity which must be a battle at this location we found a mushroom growing next to the base board near air conditioner. Bartender is very friendly and works harder than anyone in the restaurant.
