The house sits 50 feet up from the beach with private stairs to the beach. if you are a kite surfer enjoy being able to carry your kite to the beach and start kiting.

short trip 3 night trip to El Cruz
What we liked most about the house was the location....the view, the pool and access to the beach which you could seemingly walk on forever at low tide. The man who cleaned the pool and his dog came by early every morning and was patient enough to listen and try and decipher our Spanish while we had coffee. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. We got in late and they left the gate open for us, a bottle of wine on the counter, coffee, etc. and we were able to get by without having to go out to the grocery store. There were some kinks the first night (security system, loud music next door and an obtrusive mechanical noise) but the owner was able to solve them all by the next day.All good except too short.

Enjoyed the location, great pool and beach. House was spacious and comfy. Ana was very responsive. The re were a few things could be improved but i chatted with her and Ithink shell deal with it.

Pool was excellent, Anna was helpful, place was very windy, as one would expect for a kitesurfing capital. Nice restaurant a 5 minute walk up the hill.

Beautiful. Private and Secluded Getaway
The house and property were beautiful, secluded and a perfect getaway for a family trip. There are a lot of fun activities to do in the area. If visiting during the rainy season and renting a car, a 4 x 4 vehicle is recommended to access the property easily. We unfortunately, had to cut our stay short due to tropical storm Sarah arriving during the heavy rainy season and causing evacuations of the area. Our host Ana was very pleasant and very helpful during our stay and helping us make decisions for evacuations. We hope to be able to come back again during off peak hurricane season.

Beautiful Place
This house is located on a beautiful bay with an amazing view and the best pool. Sitting outside hearing the waves and watching the kite surfers was so relaxing. It was nice having a bathroom for every bedroom. The house was perfect for our group with a couple of restaurants within walking distance and others which were close enough to drive to. We were able to use this as a home base for going on several excursions to do zip lining, hike to a waterfall, river tubing and an ATV tour. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish of our vacation. I highly recommend this place.

Stunning and practical
We absolutely loved this location. Not only are the views as stunning as described, but it was a short drive to resorts and activities. Safe neighborhood and very friendly neighbors at the kite school next door! Wild horses were so amazing. We will for sure return!
