We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the restaurant/cafe area being open late at night. We also really liked the vibe in the lobby and the open design of the hotel with pretty views of San Salvador from different floors. In addition the room was clean and the service was good. The only problem for us was that there was no hot water for the shower when we wanted it at night.

A Gem in San Salvador
The staff makes the stay at the hotel unforgettable; the staff greets you with a smile as you walk or come close to them. The food service was excellent and the food was delicious. The breakfast time frame it gives an excellent choice to wake up early or little bit later. It was a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn San Salvador, which is in a central area where you can walk to shops or get Starbucks. Excellent establishment!!.

They are the best hotel ever, I wouldn't stay anywhere else, I love everything about it, it's so convenient since is close to restaurants, shopping centers, pharmacy, etc. But most of all, the staff is so nice and they are very honest people, I left my jewelry box in my room and they save it for me when I came back after two weeks, my diamond rings and gold jewelry was intact, Thank you Yolanda (housekeeper) for reporting it. I love you guys!
