Located in the coveted Beach-Barber Tract neighborhood just down the street from the world famous Windansea Beach, this home was completely re-modeled in 2018. Hear the waves and feel the ocean breezes from this handsome Tudor-style home. Ocean view from the master suite and office. Only a 2-minute walk to the beach!

House Rules

- No parties allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew. (10 pm to 7 am quiet time)
- Please respect check in and check out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Checking Out

- Checking out at 11am please
- Turn off AC, lights, and small appliances.
- Close the windows and lock all doors (from the outside press the Schlage logo)
- Please place used dishes in the dishwasher (no need to start it)
- Check for valuables and chargers.
- Notify us of your departure.

The owner, Dennis, occasionally stays in his separate apartment located in the backyard, which has its own entrance. If you happen to see him, please feel free to say hello. He might also need to park in the driveway to charge his Tesla.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. This was a girl's trip with 5 friends. The home was absolutely perfect for our group. Plenty of space, comfy beds, games and nice and quiet. The kitchen was filled stocked. We also loved that it was centrally located and an easy 2 minute walk down to the beach. Perform.

Great place to stay
From the initial communication with the owner/host all the way through check out was a great experience and if I have a rental need in that area again I will be reaching out to book this place again. The house was clean and ready for early check in which was much appreciated and everything worked well in the home with no issues. This vacation home had everything my client needed for their 1 week stay.
