I told the desk attendants that I was going to pay cash and they said that was fine. Instead they charged my debit card right away, and then tried to tell me that it was charged earlier in the morning. The charge went through 5 minutes after check in. I will no longer stay here during our 4-5 annual trips to Lamar due to this.

Room was clean. The shower didn't work correctly. The toilet chain was broken off so I had to flush it from the tank. Housekeeping came knocking 2 hours BEFORE check out time. She knocked multiple times, inconsiderate!

All the above room wall was filthy,a lite breakfast never saw a complimentary breakfast of any sort counter attendant had no communication skills run down place looked like an old junk yard never again !

The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything all night. The room next to us was watching tv extremely loud and you could hear people in the halls talking. The bathroom had screws sticking out of the floor tiles. Towels smelled musty. The tv kept disconnecting from the internet and needed to be turned off and back on to reset. The fridge didn’t work, I pulled it out to make sure it was plugged in and it appeared there was no socket cover. There was a hole in the screen of the window. “Breakfast” was literally a granola bar. That’s it. Nothing else. The lady working the front desk was rude as well. TERRIBLE all around for the steep price.

Sink wouldn’t drain Shower curtain in the bathroom was too short causing water to get on the floor We had to fix the window so it would lock The back door to enter the building had a broken lock and couldn’t be closed The room didn’t feel clean and the bed was poorly made so I remade it

The floor in the room wasn't clean, the hot tub was not very hot and the jets didn't work, no coffee maker in room or lobby, no breakfast or could find anyone to know why. Would not recommend.

The staff was fine but there is no coffee or tea and breakfast is a protein bar. Also was looking forward to a soak in a tub but no tub. Shower only also set the heat at 72 and auto but it does not stop had to turn it off but the. Was getting cold. Not great that you can’t set the heat or cool temp and the thermostat work.
Bathroom very cramped and toilet inches from shower and curtains won’t stay in shower area.
Closet is stuck so close to the bed you can’t hardly get to it.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. They advertise a breakfast, which should not be named on their website. Coffee and a granola bar is not breakfast. Just be honest and say what it is.
