Too far from main roads, no proper signs, easy to get lost. Hotel need upgrades, looks fancy but rooms and all around need lots , lots of maintenance, food decent but not as good as you may expect from this place.

This place is pretty, but it’s so far removed from anything. The only place where there is WiFi is in the lobby. I guess if you’re looking for a secluded place in the middle of nowhere this would be ideal. I personally like more culture and fast paced atmosphere.

This resort is secluded, to be able to make it to the resort you have to make a long drive from the main road or take a boat to cross a small body of water from town.

Queja en el muelle
Ya tengo muchos años visitando ese hotel y nunca ma había pasado esta situación. La persona que estaba en el muelle fue muy prepotente, traía una hielera y me regañó por traer una hielera, él no es nadie para regañarme además en ese momento por radio y delante de mí me reportó haciendo su teatro, si va levantar un reporte no tendría que hacer su teatro delante de mí, además salimos de la alberca y para no llevar las toallas a la habitación yo pensaba dejarlas encargadas ahí en el muelle como regularmente lo hago y en cuanto las vio la persona del muelle me dijo que no podía sacarlas del Hotel cuando ni siquiera él sabía que las iba dejar ahí encargadas y con muy mala actitud dándome a tender que me las quería robar, pongan mucha atención con la gente que ponen con la cara al cliente esa persona no tiene nada de actitud ni atención o servicio al cliente
