The only 2 issues we have had since staying here and it has been several times in a 3 year frame…. Our AC was not working and asked if we could have someone fix it for us. The woman at front desk said just play with the settings which we had done already. We asked for a new room and declined. I was told by a different hotel that hotels cannot rent it a room if the AC is not working because they could be fined for that!!!!! My family and I have stayed at Heritage Inn several times and never really had a bad experience. There has been a couple times the AC needs resetting and we let front desk know and take care of it quickly. Other times it smells a lot like cigarettes when we requested non smoking and just as quick they accommodate my family and I. But just recently my husband and I have been checked in by an older woman with brunette hair a bit hefty and such horrible attitude. We ask her for hot water after the office was closed aca she said no because the door was closed. When everyone else always give us hot water…. Other than that everyone else is really nice and try to work something out…

My girls and I always enjoy our stay here. From the moment we walk in to check in to the moment we check out its always a good experience. Staff is very friendly understanding and caring. The rooms are clean acs work great comfy beds and best of all great prices.

The price was outstanding as for the room... the rug stained and slimy mold around tub visible. The bread spred covered in stains and burn marks the shower light so dim NO VENT!! A/C-HEAT ragity noisy behind TV 1/2 in ch of dust. Thank god I have an inhaler to breathe , wish I had professional breathing apparatus maybe a lung machine ?? If i stay there in the future... all rooms should be screaned for asbestos and black mold . Housekeeping rude also to add
