Lovely breakfast, average dinner restaurant. Service in general as you would expect at this price range. Mediocre swimming pool. It was fine, nothing was completely off, but perhaps a tad overpriced for what it is.

Its absolutely stunning hotel - top class for service and all facilities , however I have to admit that its slightly overpriced. Drinks and food is rather expensive too it wasn't best quality either (had better in the island). Its lovely place , but not best value for money,

« - WOOOH ! WOOOH ! WOOOH ! AAAAAH !!! - HUUUEUUUUUUAAAAAAAAAH !!!!!! HUUUEEEEEEEUUUUUUUUUUUAAAAAAA !!!! » En voilà des voisins qui jouissent fort ! Jouissent-ils bien, seuls eux pourraient le dire. Bah… après tout, c’était la saint Valentin, alors si certains attendent ce jour pour les fleurs, il n’est pas si surprenant qu’ils doivent aussi extérioriser le plus bruyamment possible ce qui attendait depuis l’an passé. Mis à part ces voisins qui auront obligé tout le monde à se farcir du Ariana Grande (parce que c’est sexy) et le canon de Pachelbel en boucle (parce que ça laisse du temps pour les préliminaires) avant de hurler leur plaisir comme des porcs, le cadre de cet hôtel est vraiment génial. Ça pourrait être super calme, avec juste le chant des oiseaux dans cet écrin posé en pleine nature. En plus le personnel est vraiment sympa.

Grosse déception .
Les tarifs ne sont pas à la hauteur des prestations proposés ! Déçu ! Pour du 4 étoiles on s’attend à une chambre minimum « propre »: forte odeur d’urine dans les toilettes à l’arrivée/salle de bain sale / mobilier en piteuse état / moisissures dans la salle de bain. Pile de la télécommande de la télé qui fonctionner pas (on était obligé de prendre les piles de notre tensiomètre). Favoritisme au niveau du service au restaurant! Et on n’y avait droit aussi au même accueil aussi gênant au petit déjeuner. La piscine principale et ses alentours sont très médiocres pour un 4 étoile. Même si le service ne suit pas , la cuisine reste quand même bonne .Les prix son plus où moins raisonnable au niveau du restaurant. Conclusion: Grosse déception, et pourtant énorme potentiel,l’endroit est beau, mais un vrai manque d entretien, et de qualité de service. C’est vraiment dommage ! Nous n’y reviendrons peut-être pas.
