This is a great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, new renovated unit (private wash room). Host is warm and helpful. The location is close to every thing, train station, down town (It is a small town). Strong recommend this place.

Good location for exploring Cinque Terre.

The room was clean and quiet. The mini breakfast of pastry, juice and coffee was sufficient and just down the street. The bed wasn't my favorite. Could feel the bed springs so a topper or foamy on top might be good.

great budget hotel, don't expect great breakfast

Location was excellent, 5 minute walk from train station and easy access to Pisa Airport. Centrally located for train and bus journeys to Cinque Terre and other major places. Marina and boat trips at bay 5 mins walk from hotel. Although clean check in bit bizarre as it is a series of rooms and no reception. They greet you between 2-4pm. After that have to use keys and messages. No real help except loads of leaflets left out. Rooms small but ok. Clean linen left and rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast are awful. " outside cafes are given and you are given cards for the duration of your stay. First place was not very accommodating. One stale croissant,cold coffee, no juice,marmalade or smiles. Second place nearer the hotel was a little better but don't expect much for the breakfast. Apart from that if you are there to sight see and not spend a lot of time in the hotel good budget hotel close to restaurants and bars.

The hotel itself is very clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, and it is in a great location. The only downside is that the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The air in the building was also cold and damp.

Would stay again.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We were treated very well from Maria,she made us feel at home. The area was very close to excellent restaurants.

Basic but great value and in an excellent location

Nice little hotel within a 1 minute walk of the lake, bus interchange, train station, ferry terminal and several bars and restaurants. The guy at the front desk was very nice and super helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall I got more than what I expected, would definitely stay here again.

Cozy hotel in the heart of the city

This hotel is located in the heart of the touristic area of La Spezia, close to everywhere. The room was clean and equipped with air conditioner with a good view. The hotel provides most information you need as tourist. The internet speed was not very good and you lost the connection from time to time but I think this is related to the internet company. The hotel staff was not always available to resolve the issues but they responded after a short time.

Cute little hotel

We enjoyed our stay, check in was simple and right by great restaurants and the train station. Small room but clean and comfortable. Awesome little town! Go to the little rustic Lingurian pizza bar right by the fountain, it is the best!!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, it was about a 5-7 minute walk from the train station, and the lady that checked us in was very helpful in telling us how to navigate Cinque Terre. Would recommend if your trying to see Cinque Terre and want to stay somewhere cheap!

Love it!

We loved this accomodation - it was perfect located near the center and the train station - giving us the opportunity to visit cinque terre villages very easily. It was cheaper than any accomodation in the villages, comfortable, friendly guest.

Hard to find at night walking from train station. Lovely room, lady in charge very friendly and informative about things to do in La Spezia. Wanted to stay an extra night but hotel full. No elevator so pack lightly.

Ok but not great

We were greeted at the agreed upon time and our host was very friendly and helpful, gave us tons of great information. The room itself was not that great. Good size, but we could hear everyone coming in and out of the building, as our room was against the inner staircase of the building and there was a lot of echo. The AC unit on the wall was defective so we tried using the portable one provided, but it was incredibly loud, so we ended up not using it. The walls and ceiling were dirty, including in the shower, which did not make a great impression. The bathroom is also very awkward, and the bed consisted of two hard spring mattresses joined together. Great location and great staff, but I don't think I would stay there again.
