We liked the size of the room, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good and staff were friendly. They offered to pack a to go breakfast the day we checked out as we left very early, which was really nice.

Location was convenient as we used the train every day, nice and helful staff

Lulu was an amazing host for us. Patient and very knowledgeable about activities like the hiking Cinque Terra.

Very close to La Spezia train station but very peaceful inside the hotel. The room was clean and spacious.

Around a 10 minute walk from the train station and centrally located for restaurants and bars and around a 10 minute walk to the port. Check in is at a different location just around the corner and staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, quiet location and great bakery just across the street.

It was very good. Staff extremely helpful and lots recommendations. Breakfast at the hotel very good choices, and would highly recommend taking the rate with breakfast included, unless you have a car. They have a restaurant very good too. Hotel has a nice terrace port view and great to have drinks that you get at the lobby bar.
