Location: Located on a path, accessing one of the main streets of the town center (300 m from the shops) and close to the central beach (800 m), this small duplex is located in a 3-unit residence. A shared courtyard for parking is located in front of each apartment.
Layout:
- 1 entrance hall with 2 single bunk beds and a bathroom with WC,
- 1 living room opening onto the terrace (south-facing) and including:
-> an equipped kitchenette area (fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave) and a living room (sofa, flat-screen TV, and radio),
-> large storage area with a washing machine,
- 1 bedroom (accessed via stairs in the living room) with 3 beds: 1 double bed and 1 extra single bed (80 cm).
Upstairs (steep staircase) is a mezzanine (height less than 1.80 m).
Outside: Terrace on a small, enclosed and landscaped plot with garden furniture, barbecue, and electric grill.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70. Linens are not provided.

Petite location mais tout d' une grande

Logement propre, bien situé, proche commerces, plage et grande surface. Un effort a été fait sur la déco pour se sentir bien notamment des touches de "bleu". L'équipement est complet et de qualité, il ne manque rien. Quant aux extérieurs manque un peu de fleurs, verdure. Coin terrasse individuel est un plus. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette location.
