Decor, amenities such as pool/hot tub and nice workout center and closeness to Broadway were great. The room floors could have been cleaner around the baseboards. Staff was great but the checkin takes too long... the computer system needs updated as it is slow. There could be a free water station for bottle refills instead of waiting in long checkout line to get a plastic bottle of water. Like the airport or the workput center there.

It was a fantastic experience. Two blocks away from Broadway which was great to go explore Nashville, but far enough away to have it be quiet at night.
