Good property
First hotel that I have stayed in that did not have a shower chair! Rug in Room 208 had an unplesant smell. Otherwise the facility was handsome and inviting. Check in out and out was painless and assistance of staff was beyond the call of duty. Keys continued to give me trouble getting in my room. Staff responded quickly but it was still aggravating.

Beautiful property and very well kept. Then staff was very helpful when we checked it - there was a convention and they saw we weren't part of it so they quickly got us out of the crowd. The room was HUGE and very comfortable. Only minor complaint was there was no way to turn on the bathroom light without the loud exhaust. Other than that was a great stay. The view from the deck was magnificent!

I was awoken to drilling 2 days in a row, maintenance was being done on the floor above or the room near me. It really messed up my vacation time. So I feel robbed paying for a stay that was interrupted with no notice. When I brought this to the attention to the staff, they were dismissive. Tight, thanks for that.

there was a group of drunk people staying in the hotel, i assume multiple rooms. They were up all night and tried to open my door. Im sure it was by mistake but freaked me out and i couldn't sleep. I get having fun.. but i just freaked me out. I stay her often and this is then1st time anything like thatbhas ever happened. I tried to call down and nobody picked up

Well idk if it was a busy weekend but there are many spots that were dirty in the room. The windows had some sort of food crust. The couch was just dirty or stained. The room that I was assigned to smelled like a gym room. Smelt like sweat. I have to down grade to a Double queen size bedroom from a King infinity room. Room 902.
