Check in was easy. No problems there. The king mattress might as well have been plywood with a thick carpet on top. The fold out mattress was far superior to the king. Breakfast eggs were powdered as expected but the bagels lacked freshness and flavor. Now the fun. The hot tub was so chemically imbalanced that it ruined my wife’s swimsuit and fried my daughter’s hair. We were all left with extra dry and irritated skin that lotion hard a tough time keeping up. I lost half of my leg hair due to the irritation. The hotel was quiet and checkout was super easy though.

Front desk staff was very helpful and organized. The check in process was so efficient. The morning we left the elevator was broken. I do not know if it was planned maintenance but we had to carry everything down a flight of stairs. That was the only issue we had.

Unlike many hotels after ten years or so, this facility is well maintained. The room is in excellent condition and housekeeping seems spot on. It is a pleasure to stay in a facility where you can look around pretty carefully and admire the condition.
