located in a small hamlet, the house is a little apart, near the sky, the view is outstanding! and quiet!
Beautiful open spaces on one side of nature and the other on a patio, while stones in which we find a pleasant freshness in summer. There is a beautiful wooden terrace where you can dine and enjoy the view.
There is also a tree house in the trees for children from 6 years and a sandbox. The house is located about 1.5 km from a beautiful river and the beautiful village of Labeaume. Ability to use a rehearsal piano.
There is an outside hot shower.

Holiday in Labeaume
We had a lovely stay in Labeaume. It’s a beautiful house in an incredible setting. Annabel & Burhhard are so welcoming and helpful, and we were very sad to leave!

Wunderschönes und gemütliches Haus inmitten der Natur
Wir verbrachten als Paar mit unserem Hund zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Wir hatten wirklich Pech mit dem Wetter und trotzdem konnten wir auch dank des schönen Hauses den Urlaub geniessen. Die große Glasfront ermöglicht auch von innen einen Blick auf die traumhafte Umgebung und mit dem Kaminofen wurde es richtig gemütlich. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet und es gibt einen wirklich großen Kühlschrank. Es gibt Ferienhäuser, da merkt man bereits beim Betreten, dass alles passt und man sich wohlfühlen wird. Genauso ist es hier. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Auf den vielen Wegen in der Umgebung kann man auch bei Regen schön wandern. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schönes Haus in toller Landschaft
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die schöne Außendusche im Schatten tat uns in der Hitze gut. Abends sieht man einen unglaublichen Sternenhimmel inkl. Milchstraße. Die Anfahrt auf der Schotterpiste ist etwas steil, aber gut machbar. Die Aussicht ist grandios. In der Umgebung von Labeaume finden sich viele pittoreske Örtchen, schöne Badestellen, nette Restaurants, Supermärkte, sonstige Geschäfte etc. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sympathisch. Er kann viele Tipps geben. Es hat uns super gefallen.

Il y a tout ce qu'il fait pour passer de bonnes vacances dans cette grande et jolie maison. Il est très agréable de pouvoir aller à pieds à la rivière. L'endroit est très calme. Nous avons été bien reçu par la propriétaire. Bref ,nous recommandons.

Ferienhaus umgeben von Natur pur und Vogelgezwitscher bis tief in die Navht
16 Nächte durften wir als Paar mit unseren beiden Hunden in diesem im Erdgeschoss lichtdurchflutetem Haus verbringen. In der Küche war alles vorrätig was man zum Kochen braucht. Die große überdachte Holz Terrasse mit allerlei Sitz - und Liegemöglichkeiten bescherte uns traumhafte Blicke in Richtung Berge, auch bei Regen. Wieder zuhause vermissen wir das nächtliche Konzert der Vögel und Frösche und die farbenprächtigen Sonnenuntergänge vom „Hausfelsen“. Die relativ harten Matratzen im oberen Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Qualität und die geräumige Dusche im Untergeschoss mit Regendusche war ein Genuss. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie die Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus hundertprozentig weiterempfehlen.

Wundervolles Steinhaus nahe Labeaume
Wir haben mit unserer Hündin zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem wundervollen Haus verbracht. Burkhardt ist ein sehr engagierter und sympathischer Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar war. Besonders bei einer Maleche mit dem Auto war Burkhard unmittelbar kontaktierbsr und hat Unterstützung organisiert Das sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene, nicht einsehbare Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und liegt auf einem Felsplateau. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse mit ihren diversen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten, besonders am Abend, ist grandios. Die urige Aussendusche und den kühlen Patio haben wir in dieser heissen Zeit täglich genossen. Zu Fuss ist man in 20 Minuten im pittoresken Labeaum und über einen Trampelpfad unten an der schönen Beaume, die auch im August einige Badeplätze bot. Das gut ausgeschilderte Wandernetz werden wir bestimmt zu kühleren Jahreszeiten einmal nutzen. Die Ardèche mit ihren wunderschönen Ortschaften ist nach kurzer Autofahrt zu erreichen. Ich habe vor 11 Uhr am Morgen auf meinem Sub die Ardeche mit Pont d' Arc usw. und ihren imposanten Landschaften ohne Menschenandrang genießen können. Vielen Dank für die schöne, erholsame Zeit und Unterstützung!

Belle maison dans un cadre naturel magnifique
Très belle maison dans laquelle on se sent bien. L'environnement et la vue sont sublimes, et en plus, vous pouvez accéder en 15min à pied à la rivière. Le village de Labeaume tout proche vaut également le détour.

Hoch über dem Tal
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche als Familie mit zwei jugendlichen Söhnen während der großen Hitzewelle. Das Haus ist wunderbar gestaltet und lässt in seiner Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Aussenplätze, die zum Verweilen einladen. Der Ort Labeaume ist unterhalb gelegen und auch zu Fuß mit einer kleinen traumhaften Wanderung entlang der Klippen zu erreichen. Dort wartet ein schöner Strand -die Felsenvorsprünge der Schlucht laden zum Springen ein( besonders interessant für Jugendliche). Wenn wir könnten, würden wir 10 Punkte vergeben . Es war unsere erste Reise dorthin-mit Sicherheit nicht unsere letzte.

Tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem ist man schnell in Labeaume. Labeaume ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit einer wunderschönen Badestelle. Jeden Morgen konnten wir unsere Croissant, Brioche und Baguette im kleinen Laden abholen. Wir konnten direkt ab Haus tolle Wanderungen machen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Klasse Haus in toller Lage und sehr freundliche Vermieter
Wir haben uns als Familie mit Hund in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch und die Lage mit Labeaume in fußläufiger Entfernung optimal. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war außerordentlich freundlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir sicher gerne wieder!

Une maison fraîche et bien équipée près des commodités et randonnées
Magnifique séjour à Labeaume. Accueil souriant, et maison parfaite pour un séjour détente et randonnées. Le village et la rivière sont très facilement accessibles à pieds en 15 min, on y trouve restaurants et épicerie. La maison est très bien équipée, fraîche et confortable.

Diese Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen. Abgeschieden, mit wunderschönem Ausblick und gleichzeitig angenehm nah zum schönen Labeaume, zu tollen Ausflugszielen der Ardèche-Region. Wandern kann man direkt vom Haus zum Fluss. Unsere Kinder (7, 9 und 11) hat der Ort und das besondere Haus mit dem kleinen Innenhof zu zauberhaften Spielen animiert und wir Eltern konnten bestens entspannen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Aussendusche (herrlich nach einer heißen Wanderung) und ein Fels mit Blick über alles, den die Kinder den „federleichten Platz„ getauft haben.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus und der Umgebung sehr genossen und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön. Location confortable et en pleine nature. Grande terrasse bien située avec lézards en concurrence. Proximité de différentes gorges et rivières ( l'Ardèche, la Baume et Le Chassezac. Tout baigne!

Ein sehr schönes helles Haus mit einem tollem Ausblick.Sehr schön ruhig mitten in der Natur gelegen. Labeaume ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit schönen Wander und Bademöglichkeiten. Es war alles sehr sauber und in der Küche fehlte es an Nichts. Sehr nette Vermieter
