if you call reception, they never help. rooms don't have a ventilation system and you'll be disgusted staying there, even windows don't open since they're fixed.

Dès notre arrivé le personnel nous a informé d'un problème informatique avec les chambres alors on a demandé d'avoir un accès à la piscine ce qui a été accepté...plus tard au moment de prendre notre douche avant souper après le check-in...on a dû se résigner à se laver à l'eau tiède car il n'y avait pas d'eau chaud dans le douche et aucune eau chaude au robinet du lavabo. Nous en avons informer l'accueil mais le mal été fait...je vous conseille aussi d'apporter vos oreillers car elle ne sont pas confortable...sinon c'est propre, le spa est bien et le petit déjeuner de base fait bien la job.

Breakfast was not good compared to what I have seen elsewhere. No muffin, no eggs on my 1st morning, eggs were hard on my 2nd and last morning (harder than usual hard boiled eggs, not sure how fresh they were).
