La résidence est très bien située entre la proximité de l' océan, école de surf, location de vélos, commerces....Endroit calme Espace et parties communes très bien entretenus. Seul " petit" point négatif, la piscine n'étant pas chauffée elle reste parfois un peu fraîche.

Appartement calme et agréable situé dans une résidence à 2 pas de la plage. Vue sur jardin et l'océan en fond. Coté équipement les poêles à frire sur à renouveler.
