"The property is 600 years old. It doesn’t get more historic than that. What a fun and amazing experience. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and our room was clean and spacious and perfect for a little getaway."

"Overall quite good, however there was no formal means of check out; no one to leave the room key with, no one to report a faulty waste on the bathroom sink, by chance a chef was using the other guest room so the key was left with him. perhaps some thought should be given to this!"

"Lovely, perfect, comfortable, refreshing, wonderful....except, room 1 is over the kitchen, so you hear and feel the kitchen extractor fan that gets switched off about 23:00 and on again at 07:30. Lovely breakfast too. Excellent fruit platter. Every meal was excellent there."
