Don’t stay at the best western
The hotel was gross and crack heads were there. We had to switch hotels to the holiday in express next store. Luckily the owners were the same and it was much better. We were very happy with the holiday inn. We cancels the best western after the first night and stayed at the holiday inn express the rest of the nights.

Items stolen from room by staff--Beware
Medications were stolen from our room. All they got out of stealing them was antibiotics, jokes on them, but the staff cannot be trusted. Ants in the bathroom and in the window seals. We took a blacklight in the restroom and urine was all over the walls beside and behind the toilet. Vanity sink did not drain properly. Bed was lumpy and hurt our backs. Upsides: Location was great, cost effective, balcony was nice/secluded feeling. Plenty of parking and the area was quiet. Overall: Will not stay again.

The nice gentleman that check us in gave us advise to go to the square and listen to the music. It was fabulous! Dining was fabulous in the square. Our room at 313 was wonderful. Much quieter than the first night where we could hear the neighbors breathing. We would recommend this hotel and plan to come back and bring family.

Not worth the money
I can't believe this hotel has such great reviews. This is only the second negative review I have ever left but this hotel cost $150. The volume did not work on the TV control. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. The phone did not work so I couldn't call them and tell them I had to walk down there and the last straw was the German roaches crawling around on the night table

The outside looks better than the inside!
This place is gorgeous and well positioned to Spanish Springs. But the beds are not very comfortable and there were maintenance problems. Our sink was very plugged up and there were ants in the bathroom.

Great spot! Close to the Square and lots of dining/entertainment options. We stayed one night and everything was clean and fresh. Perfect location and priced reasonably. We parked and didn’t drive again until we went home. Everything was within a mile. The band at the Square was top notch Saturday the 26th.
