Excellent family villa
We had six adults, two children and a baby. Everything you could need was in the villa. The pool was the highlight of the holiday as the children spent all day in there and no upset tummies etc. as the pool man came twice during our stay and treated the water. The microwave and oven were rather complicated to use and older people may struggle to get it working as you want but they were lovely and clean.The A/C was fully functional and worked a treat. The host was excellent and answered a query promptly. Everyone was sad to leave.

Great location
Great villa for large family. We stayed with our family my parents and my sisters family so 10 of us. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Close to town with good access to cabs. Lovely restaurants nearby and useful mini market. The host Stephen us very helpful and punctual in replying to messages. My only reservations would be that the aircon upstairs was tricky to figure out or it wasn’t working properly, but we just left the doors open and that was cool enough. Also the pool is missing a few tiles and you had to be careful with your footing. And the decking in areas could do with some tlc. Otherwise the pool u I s lovely and the outside area is great with lots of shade and sunny spots and sun loungers. Great villa would definitely recommend.

Amazing Villa
Our family had a lovely time at this property, the villa was clean and we loved spending time by the pool and it was within walking distance to the town. We would recommend the Earth shop and cafe for breakfast. Communications with the owner were prompt and straight forward. The villa was beautiful and furnished to a high standard.

Family holiday in Carvoeiro
We loved our stay at Stephan’s house. There was a slight issue on arrival but quickly resolved between Stephan and myself, Stephan went well and above to sort the issue. Stephan kept great communication through out our trip. The house was big, with big bedrooms and amazing outdoor space. The swimming pool was great for our children, a shallow and a deep end, great for all ages. The house was very clean, the pool and garden was maintained through the week. Around about a 5 minute drive down to the beach. Would recommend hiring a car if you have a family as there is a hill to walk up, which is a lot when it’s a hot afternoon. But this was pointed out by Stephan before we the holiday. The house is positioned in a quiet neighbourhood, a small mini market 2 minutes away but a large supermarket around about 5 minutes away. All in all, we were very happy, and more than happy to come back next year. Thank you Stephan.

Cela fait une douzaine d'années que nous louons des villas dans la région de Carvoeiro et celle de Stéphan ne fait pas exception à la règle; elle est vraiment magnifique : literie, cuisine, patio,...tout était nickel. Service de nettoyage OK et les dames sont vraiment adorables. Encore une fois Stéphan, félicitations pour votre villa...nous y retournerons volontiers.
