Good Property but maintenance is terrible and people do not care what guests need.. they leave dirty cutlery in the room.. desk has spill over of gravy from previous guests' meal.. dirty tissue beneath the bathtub.. room locker does not work (even on reporting this on Day1&Day2, they do not repair).. ONLY good thing was the Chinese restaurant.. Excellent food and good service.

The hotel is great, extremely well run with very good food including the chicken “ triangle “ pies from the cafe in the lobby which for 5000 Naira are awesome and a meal in themselves. Roof top pool and facilities were excellent. It’s not a problem of the hotel, but of Lagos that you feel you can’t just go for a walk outside the boundaries of the hotel. Saying that everyone I’ve met in Lagos has been friendly and courteous.

Clean facility, hospitality is top notch, accessibility is great due to its location. Safe environment. My aunty lost her phone at the lobby came back after 8hours and she was able to recover her phone without any scratches or tempering. Also concierge services is great. I had dispatchers deliver packages for me at the hotel while I was away and the concierge was able to collect my packages and confirm delivery with video calls. The staffs go extra miles for their guest, I had to deliver a package to mainland but since I was not familiar with the area a staff helped deliver the package which was astonishing because no other hotels that I have been to had staff that were this committed. Cleaning staff were great as my room is always clean, I had personal belongings all around the room and I did not lose a single item. The cleaning staff pays attention to details and toward the end of my 10 day stay at the hotel, the staff were addressing me with my first name. I will definitely come back to this hotel. One not so great thing is that while my room was very big, the room looks a tad old. The window needs to be polished to allow better view of the city. FYI my room was on the 17th floor
