Papakea F207 is a second floor, oceanfront studio condo with all-new furnishings that sleeps 2 guests. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, including ice-maker and new microwave, stove and dishwasher. It's the perfect setup for in-house meals! Stay cool with a brand-new split A/C unit with iWave-M technology that kills mold, bacteria and viruses. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep in the comfortable King size bed. The bathroom is beautifully updated with new custom vanity and quartz countertop. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience. Enjoy tiled flooring, ceiling fan, and wonderful ocean breezes. Entertainment includes a new wall-mounted Smart 42” TV equipped with cable and complimentary 5G Wi-Fi.

Papakea F207 is located on the oceanfront and at the center of the resort and offers privacy yet is close to both pools. Direct oceanfront with stunning unobstructed, panoramic views of the Pacific! Enjoy both Molokai and Lanai from this charming, second story, oceanfront condo. Sip your morning coffee as turtles swim below and whales breach (during whale season); dine al fresco watching glorious, west-facing sunsets from your private lanai. *** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins June 16th, 2025 with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around July 15, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

This was the most magical place to stay. The unit had everything we needed and we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the humpback whales, monk seals, and sea turtles. We rented snorkeling equipment and snorkeled off the resort beach and then at 3 other snorkel sites. The food around the resort was amazing and all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful location and okay accommodations. Our oceanfront unit had many ants upon arrival and when mentioned to property management company weren’t concerned. We kept ALL food in the refrigerator and kept counters clean. The toilet worked 75% of the time…issues flushing and running constantly. We were given 2 bath towels for 10 days so a lot of laundry. The view was fantastic just expected less issues for the money.

Perfect at Papakea
We loved the place. We have stayed at Papakea before! This studio was excellent and would stay again! Had everything we needed to live for ten days! The view of the ocean from inside and out of the ocean with palms in the view were absolutely spectacular! So peaceful … great location! The binoculars were nice to have, for we watched the whales breaching from the balcony! Thanks for sharing this place with us.

Beautiful view from the lanai! We've been to the Papakea many times, but this was our first oceanfront room. It didn't disappoint. Room was clean and well stocked with necessities. Property management kept in touch to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The only thing I would suggest is adding another dresser for clothing storage.

We had a wonderful stay spotting whales playing offshore from our lanai and enjoying the beautiful sunsets over Lanai. The unit is very comfortable and is well equipped including binoculars for spotting wells. We have two recommendations to improve the unit but this did not diminish the five star quality of the unit and Papakea Resort. The unit has two beach chairs but there was no beach umbrella and all rental companies were out of the umbrella rentals; we were lucky that once nice young lady at Boss Frog's called us when one was returned. We would also suggest a lanai table and chairs that are bar stool height, the current lanai chairs have you looking at the railing instead of the sensational stays, thanks again for the opportunity to rent your wonderful unit. This location had everything I was looking for on this trip. The balcony looked right out over the ocean and I could see the whales frolicking in the distance from the balcony and from the bed. The kitchen had all the tools you could want - far better equipped than any other rental I’ve visited. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean front views were amazing and the property was kept very clean. You have access to the beach as well as the pool all within a few steps from each other! The studio was a perfect size for me and my husband. It gave off a light and airy vibe. Our stay was wonderful. The sunsets from the lanai could not be beat. We enjoyed everything from check-in to check-out. You can walk to so many places. The staff is polite and kept everything clean and constantly worked on the grounds.

Loved our room! The view was incredible, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, comfortable bed. However, with covid the staff is not that friendly. The pool has several rules and the pool staff was not helpful, instead they would scold you if you did something wrong. For example, we had no idea you had to “check in” for the pool. So we walked through the pool gate, well we got yelled at. Again, the property was gorgeous and simple but probably won’t return.

Awesome location with great ocean views! Fully equipped condo, beach towels and beach chairs were a great touch! Wished there was a beach umbrella only as my husband burns easily. Water pressure in shower could’ve been better but was not terrible either, we enjoyed our stay very much!

I loved this location so much, quiet and nestled between 2 small towns. A store to walk to for incidentals along with the best pancakes and a plethora of food trucks 😲😲 The room was exactly as pictured and the view was better in person. Book on the water If you want to watch the whales from your bed.

The view is perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had the basics needed. Nice TV, but no golf channel. Comfy couch but it faces away from the TV. Could use a chair to watch TV from otherwise you have to lay in bed. Unit had 2 beach towels and plenty of room towels. Nice shower stall. They had 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a small soft sided cooler to take to the beach. The kitchen and bath are done with tile countertops. We had a great time here. Not the most updated condo we’ve rented nor the oldest. Also we have stayed in condos with much more cook and dinner ware as well as beach stuff like snorkels etc. But we have also stayed in condos with less. So I would say that this condo is pretty good and more than comfortable enough for your stay. The thing that raises the value is that they have it priced right. Waterfront view, king bed decent kitchen and bath so it worked great for us.

What a view!
What a stay! My wife and I spent our honeymoon here, and everything about the place met or exceeded our expectations.  The view of the ocean is absolutely phenomenal! The lanai was the perfect place to watch the sunset, enjoy happy hour, and have breakfast. The studio unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen featured some high end appliances and cooking ware. We loved that they had glass and plastic versions of plates and glasses, so we could take beverages outside! They have grilling equipment, and the gas grills by the pools were well-maintained.   There were two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, some snorkel gear, and a pair of beach towels (these were a huge plus, especially the chairs!) The starter kit of household consumable supplies (e.g. detergents, TP, etc) was much appreciated as well!  I would recommend packing light, as space does feel a little tight (it is a studio, after all). They do provide two luggage racks to hold suitcases, but the storage space for clothing is limited to one 3-drawer bed stand and the bathroom closet (which does come with plenty of hangers).  My Perfect Stays checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. They were great at communicating with us before our trip as well, and we experienced no issues during our stay. They even connected us with a concierge who got us amazing seats at the Feast at Le Le.  There was no beach at Papakea, but there is an excellent public beach (Airport Beach) 2 stoplights south that had great snorkeling, smooth sand, showers to rinse off, water, a covered pavilion, and bathrooms. We saw as many fish, beautiful coral, eels, and turtles out on the at reef as we did on our paid snorkel tour. If you don't want to drive, Kaanapali Shores has a small beach just a two minute walk to the south.

Perfect Views in Paradise
The property is fantastic, the unit has a perfect view. The kitchen is well stocked- it was easy to cook and kitchen items were higher end than many rental condos. We would book again anytime!
