Kahana Villa E706 is a remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with central A/C and ocean views. This property has elevators for easy access. Unit E706 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom loft offers a king-size bed, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a large mirrored closet, and an en suite bathroom. A dual shower with two multi-function shower panels awaits in this updated bathroom with dual sinks. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with large mirrored closets and wonderful West Maui mountain views from the large panel window. The remodeled guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.

The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite countertops, and high-end appliances. In the spacious dining area, you will find seating for 6 next to a chilled wine refrigerator. The living room area is open and bright, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows! Enjoy entertainment with TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, equipped with cable.

Nice ….. but
The noisy air handler in the second bedroom and highway noise on that side of the building made sleep in that room impossible. Thank goodness for a relatively comfortable sofa in the LR. Beautiful and large balcony had a great view but the outdoor rug was sopping wet because the drain on the edge of the balcony was clogged and the dead flowers in the balcony window boxes were a sad sight too. Two of the three hair dryers did not work - one sent out sparks when it was turned on. Overall a beautiful place with some significant flaws.

Great location, Poor guest bedroom
Location, view, amenities, kitchen, master bedroom all excellent. However, the bed in the second bedroom was so bad and the A/C in the second bedroom sounded like a jet airplane. Due to the above I would never return to stay at the same VRBO. (unless at least a decent bed and the noise of the A/C was fixed) The bed in the master was fine.

Excellent location and perfect views
We were here in February for Whale Watching. We were able to lay in bed and watch the whales and beautiful sunsets. Beautiful villa and everything was wonderful. They have all types of beach items, chairs and cooler. Spices available for cooking, all cookware and dishes. The walk in showers in the master suite are amazing! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Maui getaway at Kahana Villa
We (hubby and I along with our 2 teenaged girls) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit we stayed in was large enough for us to space out and have alone time, but had all of the amenities we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs and towels. We were very comfortable, although there was a barking dog (I believe from across the street) that barked at different times, including early in the morning. Other than that, the unit was perfect and served as a great home base.

Close to beautiful beaches
This condo is in a very convenient location just across the road from a beautiful beach with lots of shade. The lanai is great for watching whales and the sunsets. Beach chairs, bogey boards, coolers, umbrellas, fins, snorkels, beach toys, etc are in good shape and come in very handy. The appliances are good quality and the motorized blinds come in very handy to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature. There are shops and restaurants very close by. We found the traffic noise on the lanai a little annoying at times but you don’t hear it inside the condo. The management company (MyPerfectStays) is excellent and very responsive. When the washing machine had some issues the management company picked up our laundry and did it for us a couple of times.

This condo is located in a perfect quiet location. Fantastic View to ocean. Beach across the street and many other beaches within a few miles away. The owners thought of all the needs for kitchen and beach fun. Snorkel gear, cooler, 4 beach chairs and umbrella. Great air-conditioning. Plenty of hot water. Great master shower.

Awesome ocean view and the best A/C!
When we walked into this two-level condo, we said, "Wow, look at that ocean view". The two story windows bring the blues of the ocean right into the condo. There are also remote controlled shades that can be rolled down in the afternoon to reduce the afternoon glare. I have to mention the central A/C. It is the best that I have had in all my stays in Hawaii. We had no problem cooling the entire downstairs and upstairs. This condo is large, with plenty of space to lounge downstairs and upstairs. Our family of 4 really enjoyed this condo. We walked across the street to the Sands of Kahana for lunch at their open-air casual bar/restaurant with more ocean and pool views. The location of this condo is great for a quick 10 minute drive to Kaanapali for Black Rock snorkeling.

AMAZING!!!
I am not sure I have adequate words to describe this property! It was better than the pictures and description in the listing! The beach is literally across the street, don't let the view fool you. It's not far AT ALL! We saw sea turtles and enjoyed this beach as much or more than any other we visited! You'll definitely want to take advantage of the beach chairs, snorkel gear and ice chest provided in the closet! That was certainly an added bonus! (Tip: there is an outdoor shower near the office of the property where you can rinse sand of of yourself and the gear!) There are places to eat within walking distance, the location is great! Okay, lets talk about the property itself. The bottom floor has that incredible view & there was plenty of room for myself, my husband & our two teenage daughters to lounge & enjoy the space. Upstairs you find two bedrooms and two bathrooms...absolutely perfect for our family of four! You also get that amazing view again from the master bedroom. The unit has motorized blinds that can be put down if you don't want to wake up to that view, but trust me, you'll want to! The check-in & check-out process is painless and the property management folks are wonderful! Amy from "My Perfect Stays" made us feel so welcome & truly added a special touch to our vacation, leaving little treats for us & making sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this property 100 times over! We will stay here again!

Dump with a view
Two bathrooms: One without working toilet and other without working shower. Maintenance tried twice to fix toilet and couldn't fix shower. Turning on oven pops the electrical breaker. Dryer err doesn't dry. Communicated with David, managing partner of My Perfect Stays, numerous times via email and after he left us an abrasive voicemail we requested a manager above him which he responded he was the owner. David agreed to a discount when it was only a shower and toilet but now we are seeking 100% refund due to the numerous issues they could not be fixed and constantly drawing our attention away from vacation to horrible Condo conditions. THIS place should NEVER been on the Rental Market.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. The views were amazing. We were constantly watching whales breach in the ocean. The beach across the street was great and made for spectacular sunsets and up close turtle encounters. It was a quick drive to Whalers Village and Lahaina. We would stay here again.
