Enjoy big hardwood views and soaring pines from every window. This Expansive Retreat has Gathering Spaces GALORE on both the main floor, lower level and outdoor spaces. Back yard updates include rubber mulch yard space with Fire-pit area, main deck Hot Tub, Barrel Sauna, custom deck surrounding the seasonal, Inground Container Pool (open approximately Memorial Day-Labor Day, weather permitting) and Pool House. Wheelchair accessible entrances, deck, bedrooms and roll-in shower bathrooms. 5+ Pristine Beaches within 30 min. in every direction.
The Great Hall Dining Room tables seat 20+, boasts two Flat Screen TV's, Wet Bar and Large windows that show off the expansive, newly completed backyard and wheelchair accessible deck.
The Kitchen just steps away and in full view of the big screen is decked out in Knotty Pine with a Beautiful Custom Live Edge Coffee Bar and Shelves stocked with a Keurig combo pods & pot coffee maker with complimentary pods. All NEW Extra Large Stainless Appliances compliment this FULLY equipped kitchen. Plenty of Dishes, Silverware, Cooking Utensils, Baking Utensils, Pots, Pans and Electric Appliances. The Kitchen Pantry has shelves of storage for all your dry goods and extra vacation goodies hidden from view by a pocket door.
The Main Living Room features a Large Sectional Couch facing a 65" Flat Screen with additional Live Edge Bar Seating. Plenty of seating to comfortably watch your favorite programming. The Main Entry also leads you over to Two Card & Game Playing Rooms with their own Flat Screen TV's and French Doors that open out to a side deck.
Tucked away at the far end of the Lodge a Second even Larger Sectional Couch faces an 85" Flat Screen TV for Serious Movie Lovers. The Movie Room is Situated between a Large Bunk Room, that Sleeps 9 and has its own Private Exit to the Backyard Deck, and 2 Queen Bedrooms and a Cozy Trundle Twin Bedroom. All Boast Wooded Views and Flat Screen TV's.
The Lower Level is just as Exciting with Inviting Spaces to Thrill Every Age. The Pint Sized crew is sure to squeal with excitement when they discover the Play House Bunk Bed Room with Slide and Climbing Wall to their Very Own Secret Hide Out Playroom. The Central Game Room is decked out with Ping Pong and Foosball Tables, Arcade Games and has Two More Large Screen TV's with a Comfy Bean Bag Chair Area for Kids to Play Video Games or Watch Movies. Topping Off the LA Lodge Lower Level Amenities is the LA Lodge Pub a Cozy Bar Trimmed Out with Knotty Pine and Cedar Walls A Huge Live Edge Bar Top and Counter with YES, Another Flat Screen TV the ULTIMATE Adulting Spot
The 2nd and 3rd Lower Level Bedrooms consist of A Tweens &Teens Retreat Spot as well in the Trundle Twin Combo Room that Sleeps 3. This "L" Shaped Bedroom Features a Hammock Corner and Flat Screen TV. Lastly, for a bit of Las Vegas flare the LA "Luxor Gold" Room with Vanity Closet features a Custom Round Gold Queen Bed 4 and Extra Large Flat Screen TV.
The Lower Level also has a Full Tub with Shower Bathroom and two Separate Exterior Entrances for Wheelchair Access and All Rooms have Full Egress Windows. Additionally, there's a Large Laundry Room with Utility Sink and Wall Mounted Ironing Board Closet with Iron.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out Requests are not possible.
We recognize that our guests often want to request early arrival or later check-outs. While we really try to say yes to our guest requests, this is the one request that we cannot accommodate.

We strive to have our homes in perfect order for your arrival and that is a monumental task for our cleaning & maintenance crews to attain in the amount of time allotted. Having guests arrive earlier or stay later adds additional pressure to an already tight timeline.

We appreciate your understanding and suggest that if you would like time as the contracting Guest to do your own preparations, that you ask your guests to arrive at a time later than 4pm.

We also have a list of suggestions for things to do if you need to occupy your group until the 4pm or later check-in time.

BASIC HOUSE RULES

Vacation Rental Agreement signature required upon confirmation, contain full House Rules.

No smoking/No burning candles.

No pet allowed.
No events, parties, or large gatherings. All guests must adhere to our strict enforcement of neighborhood evening quiet hours from 10pm-8am. for all outdoor areas.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
NOTE: Your safety matters. Exterior security cameras are located at the exterior doors and parking area, facing out. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
