A New York City architect designed our custom-built waterfront luxury chalet with the lake and mountain views in mind. You will notice our concept was created by bringing nature inside with the architectural bamboo stairway and flooring, rustic wood mantel and posts, pine ceiling planks, floor to ceiling stone fireplace and glass as well as a granite countertop bar.

Located directly on a serene, 310-acre private lake in the Pocono Mountains that is fed by natural springs and offers a delightful environment for fishing and breathtaking scenery. The area is surrounded by state game lands and water conservation areas, providing a contrasting experience that is peaceful and calming. The lake's tranquil waters are encircled by trees and generational private residences.

Indulge in swimming, power boating, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking along the four-mile shoreline. The lake's varying depths and underwater structures make it a paradise for anglers, offering opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, catfish, crappie, bluegills, and sunfish.

Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of:
-1 locked closet on each level (upstairs bedroom, hallway on main level, and under the stairs in the basement)
-2 garages on site (one attached, and one stand-alone)

Three levels featuring high ceilings, elegant fixtures, modern art, and cozy furniture to lounge on while you enjoy the lake view from every room.

Luxurious open floor plan. You will enter the house into a large living room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, 75" tv, dining room table for 8, chef’s kitchen, Modani leather sectional and big windows overlooking sunsets on the lake.

Just off the main area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and 2 vaulted bedrooms down the hall. One bedroom has a full size bed and a lofted queen bed. The other room is an oversized bedroom with a king bed, a working space, and a skylight to view eagles soaring by as you unwind. The work from home space includes a motorized standing desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, and high speed wi-fi.

The kitchen is stocked with All Clad pots & pans, ice machine, and all of the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family (also included is basic spices, and oils).

A large deck stretching the length of the house is accessed through the 2 sliders on the main room and both bedrooms. The upper deck includes a Modani outdoor sectional & dining table for 8, and a Saber infrared propane grill.

The main bedroom ensuite is the entire upper level with drastic vaulted ceilings, a king bed, and a row of windows with blinds to view the lake as you wake up refreshed. Attached is a full bathroom with a custom walk-in shower including plenty of space and 2 shower heads.

The lower level is designed to entertain with radiant heat throughout the floors to stay cozy in the winter, a wet bar with granite countertops, Olhausen live edge pool table, built-in speakers with a subwoofer, 55" smart tv, leather Italian couch + lounge chair, and Philips Hue color changing lights.

A full bathroom with a tub and a laundry area are in the hallway just past the wet bar.

The lower level sliding glass door opens to a large lower patio including a 6 Person - Tropic Sea Spas RIO Spa, dining table, cocktail table and nearby access to an outdoor firepit with views of the lake.
