Beautiful home located in Lake Arrowhead. It is a near-level entry cabin with a primary and bathroom on the main level. Open plan living, dining, and kitchen. Loft bedroom and games area with air hockey table. 2 bedrooms on lower level & bathroom. Large deck with seating and BBQ. Minutes away from Lake Arrowhead Village, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. AC for summer and woodburning fireplace for winter . Pet friendly with a fee
Near-level entry is a rare find in the mountains. Flat driveway for 4 cars. Enter to the main level with open-plan living, dining, kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy snowy nights. The kitchen has everything you'll need to make fabulous meals. The loft area has 2 twin day beds, games, and an air hockey table. The lower level offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and the other is a family room with a fireplace and full-size Murphy bed. Expansive decks with seating to laze on or dine under the stars. This a lovely cabin for your next getaway Pet Friendly, $50 per pet cats not permitted

-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 10 pm to 8am
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind

Cabin Bliss: Perfect Stay, Great Host, and Endless Fun!
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin - it was a perfect escape! The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Our host was wonderful, offering great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed. We had so much fun exploring the area and enjoyed every moment spent there. We’ll definitely be returning for another peaceful getaway soon!

Beautiful mountain home, great location and quiet!
The home was just as advertised, very clean, everything you'd need in the kitchen, games for kids, easy to use fireplace and very spacious. Our girls loved playing upstairs on the air hockey table and we enjoyed having a little extra space for the adults and lots of cozy corners to hang out in. We spent the day at Santa's village, just about ten minutes away, and lots of good restaurants nearby and groceries. Street was very quiet and hosts were super easy to work with, check-in was a breeze!

Mountain retreat
Upon arriving we found this delightful A-frame home with plenty of parking. Entered and loved the floorplan. Loved the main floor living and the two very large decks. Walking distance to Grass Valley Lake and park. Perfect for a long weekend getaway and definitely will be returning.

Lovely stay in the woods
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location not far from the lake, and surrounded by beautiful pine trees. Very quiet at night. We only used one bedroom, but the king size bed was extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains created a very sleepable sanctuary.
