Wintergreen was a very nice stay. Very minimal amenities such as no coffee pot in the room, no continental breakfast, Cafe' was not open, minimal items in the gift area. Room was clean and comfortable

Was under construction. I was not informed of where carts were and manhandled all my luggage up 3 floors. The ice machine was broken in my wing altho there was another in the main hallway all the way accross the hotel. My room was not cleaned well on arrival and the shower was not working right. Staff fixed my room quickly but My room was only cleaned on the day they came to fix it. I had a 9 day stay. No change of sheets and i had to take my dirty towels to the office to exchange and request trash bags to empty my trash cans. The staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable.

Extremely small bathroom. Hard to get in and close the door. Phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk. Ice maker out of order. Had to call front desk on our cell to find where we could get ice.
