The unis has been updated with new sofa bed and other little updates. Private cabin for up to 4 people PET FRIENDLY (max 2 dogs) with beautiful view of Lake Havasu. Beach area is a 3 minutes walk from house so you can take a dip anytime. Crazy Horse is a private campground with 24/7 security. It has a private marina and launch area for your use for free. Public pool and jacuzzi is about 2 minuets walk from house.
Beautiful sunset view every night and great place for an evening walk around the campground.

My children's sheets were stained and white crusty stains. When we got into our bed they're was geass and sand. My husband's pillow smelled like perfume. We have pictures.

It is as advertised. Great community and location. Plase is a little dated, but clean and appropriate for the price. I would stay there agaiin. Some issues with the a/c.

would not recommend this property
this was an older mobil home, very small ,the ad said there was a washerand dryer there , there is not, there are no wash cloths, dish cloths, the outside lights stopped working and there was a problem with the plumbing in the bathtub, the owner said the handyman would be over in half an hour, 3 hours later he showed up, fixed the outside lighting and said he would go get the new plumbing parts, that was 7 days and we never saw him again, my husband fixed it as best he could so that we could have water, so no it was not a good stay,we left the property spotless, however would never stay there again.

Disappointing
A mixed bag overall though not a place I'd stay again. Thought I'd pay a bit extra to have a kitchen this time but stove never worked so that didn't work out. Host did message back a few hours after I tried to cook but couldn't make a time work for repair. Found three mouse turds in pan but since I couldn't actually use pan I guess that didn't matter. Place looked clean otherwise. Fold out bed barely worked and only with a lot of muscle to unfold. No blanket only a sheet. No wash towels only a hand towel and bigger towel. Not exactly convenient to the boat ramp or docks. A few minute drive on fairly broken up roads. Not a walking situation. Instructions for key were easy thought the office ladies for parking pass less than friendly. Overall I've had better luck with same convenience at much cheaper hotels in town.

Great stay!
This place was perfect for a little weekend getaway from las vegas. My fiance and daughter felt it was perfectly located to the water and still close to shopping and places to eat. Easy to get in the park and the house. Laundry on site too! I couldnt have asked for anything else. We will definitely stay again!
