You'll find a CLEAN pool upon your arrival. Just ask and it can be heated (guests pay for heating costs) At night, turn off all lights and enjoy a night of star gazing (which is phenomenal on moonless nights!) We provide THICK comfy cushions on all our outdoor lounging chairs and there is plenty of shade on HOT summer days and also plenty of pool decking for those who enjoy taking in the sun.

Only 7 min drive to the London Bridge & located just 5 min from popular Windsor Beach & launch ramp. Plenty of room to park your boat and/or wave-runners. Plus gated/secure boat parking (upon request). Located on cul-de-sac quiet street.

*Pool has a solar cover (with easy roll ON/OFF reel) which cuts heating cost in half! Using the solar cover will heat the pool 10-12 degrees, so the heater is not required most months of the year. Our pool is heated with NATURAL GAS (which costs MUCH less than propane gas). Only 20% of homes in Havasu offer natural gas - this saves you $$$ Renters are responsible for pool heating costs. Average daily cost to heat pool in Winter is $10-12/day. Early Spring & late Fall $5-7/day. Summer $0. You can heat the pool part of your stay or entire stay.

NOTE: The cleaning fee of $109 to $135* is NOT included in VRBO's quote. Please leave for our cleaning crew when you DEPART. Cleaning fee has NOT been added to VRBO's quote. Clean fee amount is based on length of stay & the number of people using the property during your stay. * Cleaning fee is more for monthly stays. Monthly rate is $150/more per person when more than 2 guests are staying January - March. So 4 guests (instead of 2) will cost $300 more than amount on VRBO's quote.

Any NON-paying visitors (people not listed on reservation) using our property & pool need to be approved PRIOR to arrival & there may be an additional fee (please let us know if you plan on having visitors when you inquire). Small to medium size dog may be considered, please provide info with your inquiry to get approval - the more info provided the better. Sorry, no cats allowed due to allergies (and scratching).
