Great hotel in the village of Lake Louis. Conveniently close located to Lake Louis & Moraine Lake. We stayed in the recently renovated rooms, they were clean and modern. Swimming pool is nice, although it can get crowded. Restaurant option on the property are fine.

Nice stay in Lake Louise Inn
Nice hotel in Lake Louise. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was very nice and updated. There is no Air Conditioning in the rooms which we were not aware of. We are from Florida and are used to the heat but we were still a bit warm at night. Only one window which opens a crack in the bedroom. Our trip was in mid August. The hotel is close to everything and has two restaurants on site. We ate at Legends and it was very good. Overall it’s a beautiful property and we had a nice stay.

We had a very friendly staff member who checked us in and I believe her name was Liliana but she was working with a long brown haired staff member who was not as friendly and very short when answering our questions about the shuttle and going to Lake Louise. The Inn is very old and outdated thus making it look dirty even though it was clean. Very small bathrooms. Would recommend staying in Banff and commuting from there to see Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. The food in their restaurant Legends was okay but over priced for what we got.

The entire staff is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, super responsive. Always pleasant and welcoming. The resort has everything you need to be comfortable, and is located for easy and convenient travel to anywhere you would like to go in the area.

Terrible dump, choose any other hotel
This place was a dump. We booked in the standard room, which was clear it had never been updated or anything changed since they opened. First, they gave us smelled wet dog/mold And we moved to another room. The room is tiny, outdated, everything is old. The pullout couch And the metal digging into your back. We ended up staying at hotels on the trip with our four-year-old between glacier national Park and into Canada. We also stayed at mountaineer Lodge which is much better. We booked two nights, but it was so terrible that we just left on the second day and took it at a loss. We drove to waterton and stayed in. A less expensive place that blew away lake Louise inn and next day driving in waterton national park we saw 10 bears! So, thank you lake Louise inn for providing such a poor hotel room and night stay we left early and found such a beautiful place as waterton.

Great location to easily access Lake Louise
This hotel is in a great location to see Lake Louise. Staff made shuttle bookings for us and gave good advice. The rooms are a bit tired but well appointed. The facilities onsite for food/coffee are good.

My stay at this property had some notable drawbacks. The rooms lacked windows, which made them feel stuffy and closed off. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, making the rooms uncomfortable. Staff was very helpful and went beyond to accommodate our needs. But their restaurant is good, we had pizzas for dinner and all the pizzas we ordered were good.We also enjoyed buffet breakfast and my kids liked the option of making fresh waffles and enjoyed chocolate fountain

The Keurig machine did hot work at all up to expectations.i have used many Keurig over the years, and thus one was wretched. The area to use it was cramped beyond being useful, and the machine did perform well. I had to use instant coffee instead. Ugh.
