Beautiful View !
All in All we had a wonderful time. The view was beautiful, the contact agent was very accommodating and helpful. The condo was clean ,however it did need some updating. New mattresses is number one. The AC/Furnace had a rattle and the TV'S were very small. But the location and again the view were wonderful.

Great view
there is an amazing view of the lake. It’s great to sit out in the morning and look at that view. However the coffee pot was an issue. We had trouble getting it to actually make a pot of coffee. Carpets are a little dated. Overall it’s very nice and comfortable and I would rent it again.

Weekend getaway before school
The condo looks just like the photos, it is dated with old carpet but you can tell the owner takes care of it. Upon arrival, we were extremely confused because we saw a group of men going in/out of the unit. After watching & looking around for another possible unit, I called the manager to inquire. Aretha informed me, another group had mistakenly accessed our condo & it was ok to enter because “they had only been inside a second.” This was extremely disappointing because we are in a Covid and monkey pox era. I expressed concern that I don’t know if they used the bathroom & she assured me they didn’t. How would she know? Cause they said they didn’t? Everyone goes to the bathroom immediately after getting off the road. We opted to wait on cleaner to touch up condo and was refunded the cleaning fee. However, plans were ruined for the day due to having to wait on unit to be “touched up.” The balcony and view was beautiful and my family found peace there for the weekend. Having diff lockbox codes is a simple fix to this error.

This property was well named with "majestic views" - it was also conveniently located by restaurants and shops! The only thing that could be slightly improved would be the qualify of the mattresses.

Excellent Condo Very Impressed
This was the first time using VRBO. We took a trip July 24 to 28. This condo we rented was better then the pictures. Was very impressed with the condo. The location was awesome, easy to get around from condo. I spent most of the time on deck looking at the lake. View was A+. The owner responded quickly to all my emails. The unit was clean. The only negatives I could find was the stove could be updated. The coffee pot gave me fits. Took forever to get a cup of coffee. End up going and buying a 5 cup coffee pot. Also my 16 year old son would like the tv's to be bigger and upgraded. He brought his xbox and it was hard to see. I had to admit the tv's was on the small size. Specially upstairs. Think it was like a 13 inch tv. But of course I didn't come to watch tv. It would have been nice, it rained one day and we tried to watch a movie. A larger tv in the living room would have been better. Over all this is a great condo to rent. I plan on returning and renting this condo again. Thank you

Nice time on the Lake
Enjoyed the property, had a good view of the Lake. Very relaxing to sit out on the balcony or by the pool. Unfortunately seems a new policy for the complex doesn't allow grilling which threw us a small curve ball but we pivoted and adapted.

Cousins get-away
This little jaunt was the first time three 50-something cousinettes had been together since we were in our early teens. Reservations were hassle-free. We reserved the unit in February and planned for 6 months before finally arriving at the condo on August 25th. The unit was perfect and just as described. It was clean and well stocked with dishes etc. All we had to do was buy a few groceries and make ourselves at home. The pools were clean and cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed.
My only comment would be to clean the stove top burners more often.....I thought I was going to set off the smoke alarm after trying to cook dinner because there was so much stuff in them. Other than that, everything was great!

Great stay in this condo. Kitchen had everything we needed, beautiful living room; views that could not be beat. Carpets and sheets could use an update but everything g was clean and perfectly comfortable.

Awesome place with awesome view.
The pictures on the listing don't do the justice to this place. In person is nicer and bigger and very cute decorated.Kitchen is very well equipped.Our family of 5 loved this place.Our 2 teenagers girls loved the loft ,had their own bathroom,enjoyed the 2 pools every day.Emerarld bay condos are nice looking buildings. Will defenetly be back to this place.Thank you.

The condo was beautiful and the view was beautiful too. But the property was not cleaned. The loft on the upper level , said to be King size bed but it was two twin beds put together, was not very comfortable. Sheets that was put on the bed was very dusty and had to brush off the dust on my own and put the sheets back on the bed. UInderneath the bed, the mattress cover needs to be replace as it was very filthy. Towels for showering needs to be replace as weil as they were all tattered. The upper was never cleaned before we arrived. Property Manager was very sweet person, that was the plus point. I will recommend this property if it is properly cleaned and maintained.

Rick was great helping on tv function! The view great & top floor clean & new but main level had stained carpet, stained comforter w torn & pilled sheets, sofa so used I put beach towel on it. Everything fabric or carpet on main level looked grungy & should be thrown away. A hair dryer would be a good addition too. I have stayed at many lake Ozark places & will pay more for a place that is kept up.
