This convenient one room with private entrance is within walking distance to the beach and shopping. Restroom is a short walk but not shared with main house. It has refrigerator, microwave, AC, TV with cable and WIFI. Full size washer and dryer included. Explore the restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach just minutes away.
(Directions will take you to main house. Our one-room rental is "209c" Palmway and has private entrance to side of main house) $150 late check out fee. Bathroom is right across court yard and is share.

My children and I walk everywhere, to all the restaurants and to the intercoastal to fish. Very short walk to the beach on Palm Beach Island. My mom loves that this is so close to the Brightline and Palm tran, allowing her to get to house right from the airport.

The neighborhood is charming and almost all seniors so very quite.

Cute place!
The property is cute and the room is private. Loved the bathroom. Owner was very nice, responsive, and flexible. Overall a nice spot for a few days in a quirky neighborhood. Close to a park on the intercoastal, downtown, and the beach.

I was communicating with owner before trip and was given the address. The day I was supposed to check-in, she just up and canceled without any explanation leaving me scrambling to find somewhere else to stay over the weekend in south FL during snowbird season!
