The location is great with a ton of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment around. The staff was friendly and nice. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The only issue I would say is the facility itself seems to aging. The sport court, pool, spa areas just seemed like they either don't get used much or have been left to degrade. They are not unusable by any means but they definitely need some love.

They did not tell me about the parking fees. I found out after I was changed 50.00 for parking for my stay. This is really unprofessional they should have ask if I was okay to pay the 10$ a day.

Excellent 1 night stay. Having a small kitchen was very helpful. The breakfast was very sufficient. The only thing I object to was paying for parking. It was a small thing, but seems unnecessary, other than just another way to charge for something

We stayed at 2 bed rooms suite, it was quite spacious for 4-6 people. But we heard some hotel guests were bothered by some outsiders, perhaps the hotel should install security gates and fences around the property. And the breakfast hours could be a little longer.

Property is quite dated. We stayed on the mIn floor and Bathroom sinks had sewer smell coming out of drains. Sofa bed was awful, mattress was disgustingly stained and was in need of replacement and was extremely uncomfortable. Could feel every spring. On the other hand, Breakfast was very good and had some new items each morning. Staff was quick to fill empty trays very quickly.

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Didn't feel very safe in building all the way in back. Didn't see security cameras in buildings or elevator. The buildings are motel, all outside.
