The hotel is becoming dated and could use newer carpet in the rooms. The breakfast staff (especially Kyle) were great about keeping items replenished and amenable when I had questions and a request for more of a food item. The toaster equipment probably needs to be fixed (the lighter/darker dial); folks had to put bread items through it twice to get browned up.
The towels were plentiful in the rooms, and the refrigerator in the double queens suite was clean and cold.
For guests not familiar with this hotel, note that the fitness room and pool/hot tub are on the lowest level (Floor 1) with the lobby being on floor 2. (I prefer the fitness room being on the main level as the lobby and dining area.) The hot tub and pool were both operational and clean; plenty of towels available. The fitness room is adjacent to the pool room, seoarated by glass windows with treadmills, elliptical machine and stationary bike facing the pool area.
