Bring your boat, jet skis, or snowmobiles, park them in the driveway, and enjoy beautiful Lake Chautauqua! With lake access a 1/2 mile away & a mile from Lakewood Beach, you are so close to all the major shopping and great dining on Fairmount Avenue. Located 30 minutes from ski resort Peak N Peek & 50 minutes from Holiday Valley, spend days exploring one of the historic towns nearby, including the Chautauqua Institution. This house has everything you need for a quick getaway or an extended stay.

The living room features a 50-inch Roku Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a sectional couch with a pullout bed for two.

If you don't feel like breaking the bank by eating out every night, the kitchen has an air fryer, Instant Pot, VitaMix, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cold brew, and more.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV while the guest bedroom has a triple bunk bed for all the kids!

The backyard features a full size deck to enjoy a nice summer night while watching the kids play Paddle Ball and run around in the backyard. Roast some marshmallows and sit around the fire pit while telling stories with the family. In the winter, bring your snow boots and head on over to Peek'n Peak resort just a 30-minute drive away. Or you can hang out in the yard and build a snowman, snow fort, or have a snow ball fight.

We are pet friendly, and there is a $40 pet fee to bring your pets.
