My friend and I came into town to attend a concert on Saturday, we came in on a Friday and stayed two night nights. Everything was absolutely perfect until Sunday morning at breakfast. My girlfriend and I came down for breakfast and noticed two tables of patrons who were talking extremely loud, interrupting breakfast in the patrons around them, and even or drinking a six pack of tall boys at their breakfast table around all of the !! I really didn’t know you allowed alcohol at 9 o’clock in the morning at breakfast!! But your staff was courteous and very scared because these people were very loud and intimidating!! we ordered our omelettes sat down and in this whole 45 minutes continuously was this kid screaming at the top of his lungs interrupting again the whole breakfast area!!! I finally asked the gentleman to get off of his phone maybe stop drinking beer and attend to his child, and he screamed at me to mind my own business and leave him alone. His child is disabled. Period. Maybe you shouldn’t be drinking beer at 9 o’clock in the morning, and being on your phone, he didn’t attend to his kid whatsoever But no management stepped in at all to help. I give this whole experience a -10.!!!!! and yes, somebody better get in touch with me back because I have a lot to say about this situation…

Our family had an incredible stay at this Embassy hotel. The biggest thing that stood out to us was the peace we felt from the moment we checked in. It’s rare to travel with kids—and a service animal—and genuinely feel like you can relax, but this hotel made that possible. Our dog was welcomed without hesitation or judgment, which immediately put us at ease. We also want to give a special shoutout to the Breakfast Bar and to Dose, who went above and beyond for our family every single morning. Her kindness, attention, and warm spirit truly made our stay feel personal. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and consistently helpful, which added to the homely, resort-like atmosphere throughout the hotel. The amenities are absolutely worth taking advantage of, especially the convenience of dining inside the hotel. Dinner was fresh, made to order, and surprisingly high quality—well worth the price. Overall, this was a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay. We highly recommend this hotel to families, pet owners, and anyone looking for a relaxing experience with exceptional service. We will definitely be returning.

This was a great stay. The only issue I had was check-in was at 3pm however the room was not ready until about 4pm. I had a sleepover for my daughter and we had the biggest suite there. It was really nice and spacious with 1 king bed in a separate room and two queen beds. There were two bathrooms also. One offered both shower and tub. The breakfast was complementary and it was delicious. Fresh made omelets and waffles. With many other items good and hot. Definitely would recommend.
