Start each day with breakfast prepared in your well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine together at the table for six. Get a fire roaring in your living room fireplace and settle in to watch a movie or favorite show on the cable-equipped, flatscreen TV. Sit out in the furnished sunroom, or enjoy the forest view outside from your wraparound deck. You will also have access to an area in the basement for drying out your winter gear, a private washer/dryer, and a fun firepit out in the yard when the weather is cooperating.

With Big Lake just steps away, you can enjoy boating, canoeing, kayaking, and open water fishing for three seasons of the year, with ice fishing being very popular during the winter months. When the snow is falling, this home is conveniently close to the snowmobile and ATV/UTV trail systems, offering access to hundreds of miles of groomed trails throughout northern Wisconsin and upper Michigan. For additional outdoor fun, the Sylvania Wilderness, just a little over 13 miles north, is a beautiful 18,000-acre preserve that feels like a smaller version of the Boundary Waters. Old-growth forests and crystal clear lakes dominate the landscape here, making it a great place to enjoy a day of fishing, paddling, and solitude.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
