Your holiday home in Tyrol offers everything that makes your holiday unique: room for 12 people. Modern rooms equipped with TV. A big kitchen. Newly renovated bathrooms and toilets. A quaint Tyrolean pine parlor. Panoramic balconies. A large terrace with a covered pool. Your private sauna. Barbecues. And a new lounge with a fascinating view.
The house has two floors, where in the upper floor a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dining table for 12 people in addition to two bedrooms, 1 three- and 1 double bedroom (1.80 x 2m u , 90 x 2m), as well as separate toilet and comfort shower with washbasin. A living room with integrated tiled stove and corner seat in pine wood is located next to the kitchen. The lower floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 triple and 2 double bedrooms (1.80m x 2m and 0.90 x 2m). The bedrooms have their own sink.  A comfort shower and separate toilet in each case without washbasin is also here as well as a further common room, gladly also for separate interests within the travel group used. From here you can go directly (1 entrance door) to the adjacent sauna and fitness room (treadmill and ergometer). A provided washing machine allows you to do their small laundry. (First wash and sauna session for free) then pay.
