Gite the waterfront overlooking the archipelago of Bréhat, the output of Trieux, the island and the island Modez wood. The house has 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets and 3 bedroom suites with sea view. The panoramic terrace is open in L is for breakfasts and south for lunch and dinner. You have walking access to oyster farmers to provide direct mussels oysters and seafood. The plot of 1800m2 is completely fenced and you have a sea access to the end of the garden.

Accueil par le propriétaire, très sympathique. Maison très spacieuse, très lumineuse, très propre. Bien agencée, il ne manque rien. Vue sur mer extraordinaire, marée basse, haute, travail des ostréiculteurs, un spectacle changeant tous les jours. Beaucoup de visites possibles aux alentours. Une très bonne adresse, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés. Première maison en Bretagne pour nous, avec autant de confort, d'espace et cette vue mer en direct, au fond du jardin. Ravis de notre séjour, très belle adresse.

Très belle maison
Ein sehr schönes und grosses Haus, perfekt für 4 und mehr Personen. Fast jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Badezimmer, grosser Esstisch und sehr grosse Terrasse mit freiem Blick auf die Gezeiten. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Das Haus ist wie auf der Plattform beschrieben und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Une très belle et grande maison, parfaite pour 4 personnes et plus. Presque chaque chambre a une salle de bain, grande table à manger et très grande terrasse avec vue dégagée sur les marées. La cuisine est bien équipée. La maison est telle que décrite sur la plateforme et les photos correspondent à la réalité.

Grande maison très bien équipée, en bord de mer avec un accès direct au GR34. Grande terrasse et grand jardin. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bain ainsi que leurs toilettes. Propriétaire ainsi que Marie et son époux aux petits soins et très disponibles. Semaine de location durant la tempête Ciaran, coupure de courant pendant 2 jours sur Lanmodez mais très bon contact avec le propriétaire et geste commercial. Bref très bon séjour.

Très belle maison avec une vue INCROYABLE depuis la terrasse, la pièce de vie, les chambres. Pièce de vie spacieuse, lumineuse, confortable. Cuisine ouverte très bien équipée. Chambres/suites spacieuses, lits confortables. Nombre de salles d'eau et de WC parfait. Grand jardin, très bien entretenu, avec petite porte d'accès à la plage quasi privative. Quel bonheur de s'y retrouver pratiquement seul ! (+3 personnes le jour de grande affluence) Les voisins ? Des ostréiculteurs très sympathiques qui proposent leurs produits dans le bar à huîtres voisin. Cette location est idéale pour ceux qui cherchent le calme, qui ont besoin de se ressourcer. Si vous aimez la foule, il y a tout ce qu'il faut à quelques kilomètres. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo parfaite mais c'est magnifique même quand il pleut (c'est arrivé 2 fois en 2 semaines) Je recommande cette location!

Très bon accueil, emplacement très bien pour visiter les plus beaux endroits aux alentours, le temps était au rendez-vous. Bar à huîtres Chaumard juste à côté que du bonheur pour déguster des huîtres fraiches. Garderons un très bon souvenir de la location bien située. Merci à Marie et son mari pour le très agréable accueil.
