Rooms are very dated and need to be upgraded. Especially the bathrooms. Amenities like coffee machines, lack of microwaves, room phone not working were not in line with a 4 star status. Staff were very detached and rude. Very poor customer service overall. Will never recommend a stay.

Nice location. Front desk staff not friendly at all major attitude for no reason. room was ok pool was closed for no reason at all so my kids were not happy and neither was I. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Even though it is a Hilton Hotel, the brand has suffered from the diversificarion of its name. In the 60’s and 70’s staying at a Hilton was synonymous of Luxury and Service. Well not anymore, now you need to stay at a Waldorf to obtain what it was the Hilton of old days. There is no room service anymore. I stayed with my family for 3 nights and the front desk never could delivered two xtra towels that I requested. They have done away with the toaletry. It used to be Hilton the Neutregena now it is a jar of the lowest quality. Even though, the building itself it’s of Amazing architecture you can tell the years has pass. Carpet is old, paint is rough. Anyways overall the Hilton is not the Hilton anymore or at least not at this location.

The room was fine, but our neighbor was vaping or smoking weed all night. There was a concert blaring right at the hotel that went on until ten at night. We were on the 16th floor and it was extremely loud. Probably not the best place for families.

I have stayed at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing multiple times in the past and was overall satisfied. However on this recent wknd stay, there was no maid to make the bed after the first night & no fresh towels were put in our bathroom after the first night as well. I would still stay there again.

Only good thing is location
The best thing about this hotel is the location, other than that, it is VERY weathered and worn. In addition the cleanliness was poor. The bathroom was awful and there was wine splattered on the wall in the room.

Terrible in Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing
The experience of stay in Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing was terrible. This hotel has got the worst cleanliness standard. The staffs at the reception were very rude, and their behaviors were very unprofessional and lack of trainings. Firstly during my check-in, I was given a room that was not ready. Somebody and his suitcases were found still in the room after I opened the door of the room. When I came to the reception and asked why this happened, the staff was just trying to find excuses. I asked her please listen to me, she then just stepped back and crossed her arms over the chest. Secondly during my stay, no one came to clean the room. The facility in this hotel was also bad. There was no kettle in the room. Even when I asked the reception for a kettle, I was told that no kettle is provide in this hotel. I will not use this hotel again, and would not recommend people to stay in this hotel.

The rooms are outdated, along with a thorough cleaning. We had to call three times to have repairs done in the bathroom. The staff was pleasant and helpful which made our stay pleasant.

Staff were awesome as always. Shower head was fantastic! Our room had a drawer that would not shut. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bath room tub was pealing.

We enjoyed our time here. Our room on the 11th floor had a great view of the river and BF bridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower and sink drains drained very slowly and our phone in the room didn’t work. The front desk said they were aware of these issues. Stayed Thurs-Sun and didn’t receive housekeeping. I guess we should have requested it. The rooms were pretty basic in terms of amenities — no robes or anything like that. The location was great for walking around and ride share pick ups. The indoor pool and outdoor balcony on the 4th floor were nice.
