The Room was in good condition but lacked in storage space for clothes, no drawers, only a small section for hanging clothes, ok for a single person, but a bit of a struggle for a family with kids. The staff were great friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough to help. Has with all the three Disney hotels for myself and my wife, we struggled with the limited menu choices, even in the buffet options, which we found expensive for what they were. Also, more variety and a bit more up market merchandise choices would have been great, something a bit more collectable other that cheap tac.

The food options was awful. The one restaurant that would be good was closed. The process of the other restaurant was very high. The staff, rooms and general grounds was good. The outside pool wasn't working as well and the hotel is under major reservations. I wouldn't recommend at this time.

Cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful. Everywhere appeared clean & had a delightful fragrance. Staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable - they knew their stuff 😃. The transfer service to Disneyland was fantastic.
