If you're a nature lover, then this hotel would be the most wonderful place to stay in. What a view on the Alps, with fresh air and very friendly staff. I definitely recommend the hotel

Diese Bewertung basiert auf der Erwartungshaltung an ein Hotel, Zimmer und den Service wessen Preis pro Nacht bei CHF 360.- (2 Personen) liegt. Zimmer: - Lattenrost hatte gebrochene Latten, welche laienhaft mit Schrauben repariert wurden - Die Doppelbett-Matratze ist auf der einen Seite durchgelegen - generell ist das Zimmer klein und fein, - USB Anschlüsse wären toll Empfang / Personal: - das Personal schien überlastet zu sein, daher sollte Geduld mitgebracht werden, wenn man etwas vom Concierge braucht. - Kreditkarten-Rechnung kontrollieren, uns wurde die Anzahlung falsch angerechnet (300.- statt 360.-), somit eine Nachzahlung verlangt, die wir mit dem Anzahlungsbeleg ablehnten. Restaurant: - Geduld, Geduld, Geduld - wir mussten mehr als 15 Minuten bis zur Getränkebestellung und mehr als 60 Minuten auf die 4 Pizzen warten (bringt gute Gesellschaft mit 😉) - das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich mehrmals für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt - die Kritik geht hier ganz klar an die Führungsverantwortlichen, welche ein fast volles Restaurant mit klar zu wenig Personal im Stich gelassen hatten. Wellness: - leckere Früchte und Zitronenwasser stehen bereit (Nespresso ist gegen Aufpreis erhältlich) - in den Dampfbädern war der Dampf nur an der Decke, die Liegen konnten daher nicht verwendet werden Allgemein: - der Schnee- und Eisräumung wurde wenig Rechnung getragen, daher eine latente Rutschgefahr -zu wenig Personal scheint vordergründig das Problem zu sein

The hotel has been build recently. Investments were made in excellent materials and design. Real value for money, much better than many other hotels in the same price range that offer faded glory from the last century and dirt and dust that is probably just as old. In Sarain no moldy plastic shower curtain or a cabin that is much too cramped, but a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower of good dimensions.
