I didn't like that you couldn't talk to a real person when you called the front desk. I did NOT like the parking experience- except a staff member helped me through it. I was surprised there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in our room. For such an expensive room rate, that would have been nice.

I'm still waiting for an explanation for the overcharged that more than $200 from this reservation. The "detailed" bill shows me the price of the hotel, the taxes and something extra, but nothing about the $200 and more extra charges. I sent a text an a email to expedia and the hotel. No answer. I went to the hotel and they said that they didn't know anything that have to contact Expedia, and Expedia is not giving a y answer yet. I just want and explanation about the extra charge and obviously to get my money back.

We did not have a good stay because the listing on Expedia said 2 Queen beds. We had 4 of us and ended up having 2 Full beds. The sleeping was very poor and the front desk confirmed there were no double queen rooms on the property.
