The room is comfy yet the aircon is somewhat faulty (no cooling control, just on and off). The blanket is thin, yet maybe for positive reason that you need someone to hug you when you're in that room (hahaha). Still the stay is just ok, so i can give this hotel a rate of 3.5,,,thanks

Toilet not flushing. Flow of water from the faucet is very small. No electric outlet top charge cellphone except the one where the very old TV set is connected. No elevator. You have to walk going to the 4th floor with your luggage! No mobile phone signal at the 2nd floor where I was initially accommodated. I complained so I was transferred to the 4th floor!

Decent hotel, very inexpensive.
Very nice staff, clean rooms, minimal parking. If your going to rent a self drive vehicle while staying here, talk to the staff to make sure there's parking available. It's also very close to a market with fresh food.

It's the worst hotel room I've seen. I've stayed in a much cheaper hotel but way better. I found hairs in my bed, which is disgusting. Room floor is dirty

Clean Hotel
We stayed here because it was cheap and close to the airport. The room was clean. There was free wifi,aircon and a hot shower. It is basic but we had a good stay.

Stayed at the GV before. Recommend anyone books a Deluxe Unit. For the Money it is fair value and near to the Airport and local shops,and only worthy of a One night stay

Bare necessities
After a long travel it would have been nice to have a hot shower but the hotel dies not provide it. The air conditioning is old and noisy. We were assigned in a room where a big pipe hangs over the bed and makes gurgling sounds. The pillow is saggy and not comfortable.

Only the Front Desk Has A Resemblance of GV Hotel
1. Check in: Very prompt. It was confirmed immediately as reserved/paid through Expedia. Quite the same as with other branches. 2. Elevator to the room. None. The room was on the fourth floor and at the corner through a labyrinth of passageways. Finding the room was a challenge in itself. Nothing similar with other GV hotels. 3. WiFi. Good. This, I guess is the best feature, if not, the only. Any GV never fails with this, by far. 4. Hot shower for the early morning trips. Only in "Deluxe" rooms! I thought, the same standard applied to all standard rooms in all branches! Que horor! So I tried upgrading to suites...oops! the only one has been taken. I finally got a Deluxe Twin... with no Towels this time! Thus, without an elevator, nor a phone, I had to run downstairs to inform the front desk, who did his best nevertheless to deliver. No soap, though. Good thing I brought my own. 5. Old CRT TV is no problem. Poor reception is! Thus disconnected the one and only, SOLITARY power outlet to plug in my laptop's charger for snoozy music that eases the place's creepiness from the high ceilings with cobwebs at the corners, the drainage/sewage pipe hidden behind a "box" wall that makes a sound everytime someone from a higher floor flushes the toilet and the eerie moist moldy smell of the AC. In a nutshell - the Lapulapu branch might discourage customers from trying other GV branches, and the management needs skilled/professional services in improving the place.

One night stay
One night stay. Towels are stained and dirty no rugs in toilet.No service lifts. They need to improve a lots of things in the room only one outlet socket only for TV to plug in, if you need to charge your phone you have to go down to reception and charge very troublesome if you need to use your phone while charging. Towels is not clean, stained and dirty. I go down and complained.

Not so popular, hard to find and understably why.
The Room we purchase through the internet is not the same as what we saw online. And the Room itself is in poor condition and very dirty that we could not stand to even spend a night there. We have to ask to relocate us into a different Room which is not much better from the first one. I will not Recommend that place ever to anyone I know.

i was assigned a room in 4th floor (no elevator) even though i am disabled person. Clerk lied and said there were no rooms in my cstogory in the lower floors, and that i had booked the asdigned room on the 4th floor. affter i informed her that i booked this catogory of room at the location before and my room was on the first floor the answer changed to all the lower rooms are full. Also clerk did not want to give me a reciept for the required deposit for the keycard. Only after much discussion was i given a rediept for my deposit. All guests should be aware also that there is no hot water in this hotel, = cold showers only

sehr einfache unterkunft, was zu erwarten ist bei den preis. nur kalt wasser beim duschen, was zu gleich toilette und ganze raum unterwasser setzt,da dusche befindet sich gleich neben den toilette und keine duschvorhang oder trennwand vorhanden. fernsehen hatte ganze 9 kanale, 6 davon nur in philippino sprache, und nur 3 davon hatte ein klares bild. Bettwasche und handtuscher waren grau und fleckig, obwohl uberall wurde hingeweisen das überteuert summen berechnet wird, sollte dergleichen verschmutzt werden mit blut, essensreste, u.s.w. Zimmer war laut, musik von nachbar gebaude war lauter als der fernseher in zimmer.
