There are two Holiday inns in Laramie this is the Holiday inn Express. This one does not have a hot tub the other one does. Heated pool is nice but after a day of skiing doesn't cut it as well as a hot tub.. The property and room were great and no complaints on that end.

Good....but...
Several times during my stay of 6 nights, there was nobody at the front desk. To their credit there was a phone number to call for problems that could be helped remotely. Unfortunately, I needed quarters for the laundry. Do they expect me to run across two parking lots and a busy street to beg for quarters at the gas station? Why don't the machines accept credit cards, like a modern hotel? Why isn't there a change machine. If you can't find qualified help, OFFER A BETTER WAGE. Perhaps you could take a little money from the CEO's multi million dollar tearly salary.

For several times, hours at a time, there was nobody at the front desk. To their credit, there was a number to call if you needed help that someone on the phone could handle. However, when I needed change for the clothes washer, there was nobody there. Am I supposed to walk across two parking lots and a street to beg for quarters at the gas station in -5 degree weather? If you can't find help, pay more. Perhaps you could take some of Elie Maalouf's salary of almost 5 million per year, and offer enough money to hire a decent staff.

Husband and I passing through on our way to Jackson Hole; just needed comfortable place to spend the night. King bed comfy with good pillows & plenty of towels. Hotel is very nice as it's new. Very clean, modern room- breakfast was typical for price- mainly carbs & sugars but did have scrambled eggs and oikos Greek yogurt.

Standard fare but be warned they DO NOT clean your room daily. They will only do so if you specifically ask for what should be considered standard service. One can find similar hotels at similar prices in town with better service z

Family road trip
I am a picky person when it comes to sleep, typical hotel i stay beds are too stiff or soft. I woke up the next day feeling refreshed ready for the 17 hour drive ahead. Sadly left my special pillow there by the time i reealised it was after the trip. Chalk it to a sacrifice on my part for such a comfortably good visit. The breakfast was beyond expected. All delicious.

HVAC issues at this hotel
While the staff was very nice and accommodating, the heat in the rooms was an issue. We tried 4 rooms in this new hotel, and all of them were 60 degrees or less with the heat on. The thermostats had no effect on what the wall mounted HVAC units would do. Very disappointing as the staff had no way to remedy this issue
