Hilton, I am very disappointed with the level of service , quality of the rooms, bar service , check in and check out .
Check in: got my room 3.5 hours late, compensated with a 20$ drink voucher.
Room: smelly, dusty and the ac wasn’t working.
No kettle for hot water , having a baby in the room as stated when booked.
Imagine asking for bar services for 20 people and they had to think about it.
