Horrible stay at a disaster fun house hotel
We got a King bed room- bathroom was slanted and after showering water leaked out of the bathroom into room. Had to call to request 2 more towels and 2 blankets, received 1 blanket and about 9 wash clothes 7 hand towels and 1 body towel. I called back for the second blanket and never received it. The king bed was extremely lumpy and slanted as well leaving your head lower than your feet my wife and I ended up sleeping the opposite way just to be able to fall asleep. Will never be staying at an Arizona Charlies again.

The in-room coffee pot was placed/plugged in where it was impossible to use; we had to move it to the night stand to find a plug in that worked (the plug where the pot could have sat conveniently, and where the stand-alone lamp should have been plugged in, did not work, and we could not use the stand-alone lamp unless we attempted to pull out the dresser, etc, where the fridge was plugged in). The view from our window was a roof (nothing else visible) and the window itself was absolutely filthy! The room itself was otherwise reasonably clean, except for the toothpaste spot from a previous occupant that I wiped off the sink counter. Only 2 skimpy pillows were supplied and when we requested additonal pillows only 2 more were allowed. The button on the phone to the front desk (to request the pillows) did not have a ring tone and we had to go down to the front desk to request the pillows when the Housekeeping button went unanswered. When checking in we were charged an additional $150 which we were told wd be returned to our credit card 3-5 days after checkout if there were no damages to our room. We had to leave our ID at the Front Desk before they wd supply us with a cart to take our luggage to and from our room; it was embarrassing to cart our luggage, etc., thru all the slot machine customers to get the elevator to get to our room ... AND like everywhere else in Las Vegas and Nevada ... the downstairs hotel ABSOLUTELY REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE and carried to our n/s room

Low shower pressure. I mean really low. Random hairs all over the bathroom. Bed seemed clean and staff was nice. Restaurants were closed the whole time I stayed.

The only real big issue I found was the remodeled bathrooms especially the shower I don't know how it was before but a piece of glass half covering the shower in my opinion is not very smart nor comfortable Water splashes out so much that the towel mat gets soaked. This in the long run will make water get under the floor boards and will have costly repairs. Solution: add a glass sliding door on the OUTSIDE of the existing glass. Also have a quiet exhaust fan that turns on with the light.

On the first night in the parking lot sometime during the night our car was stolen. All the staff security could do is look at video and let us know it left the parking lot between 1am and 3am. The Metro police came and took the report. What the hell is the resort fee $30 a day for?

My daughter and I were in town for a music festival on the Strip. The cost of the hotels on the Strip was really expensive, so we found this place which was about a 15 minute drive. The rate here was excellent. We were here for three nights, and although they did not have a non-smoking room available for our first night, they were able to switch us the next day. It is a casino, so smoking is going to happen. We understood and were glad that the staff accommodated us to a non-smoking room the next night. The staff was great, the food at the restaurants were good, and overall, we had an excellent stay. Would stay here again!

Our stay was ok just to rest and prepare for our day. The air conditioner didn’t work, beds were hard, and the television only had three channels none for kids. The carpet inside the room was not clean and the room itself could definitely be upgraded. Food and staff were polite. Was a busy weekend in Vegas and lots of places were sold out. The stay was ok and outside the property isn’t as bad as what people say.
