The property is decent, it is not a five star! It’s reminds you of a condo complex. The rooms are clean and quiet. The rooms come with a washer and dryer which is nice. The downside of reserving a room here is the pushy people trying to get you to purchase a timeshare. You are mandated to go to a 90 pressurized manipulative demand to buy a timeshare TODAY! You speak w a sells person who turns you over to a manager who’s only job is to convince you a timeshare is the way to go. Some people who know nothing about investing, owning, taxes and obligations were manipulated into purchasing. Every time there was a purchase the sells team recited some Tony Robbin’s speech. It was annoying. Outside of that, get out of the complex and see the richness of Las Vegas.

There is a free shuttle to Paris Hotel that runs until 9:30 PM and an Uber ride back if you’re still out and about is only $12. Can’t really walk to the boulevard but shuttle is convenient

Beautiful hotel with a lovely smell.

Had a great apartment with everything we wanted even had a washer and dryer, which was great for us because we’ve been travelling in Phoenix beforehand. Great Parking, lovely pools and the smell when you walked in the hotel was beautiful. It’s so nice to walk into a hotel and have a lovely smell.

The facility was very good and we were thrilled with our suite. The check in clerk seemed to be having a bad day so she wasn't the best and they did try to sell for the timeshare. We were firm and let them know we were not interested and then they stopped bothering us in regards to that. The location was very good and they also have a shuttle service that takes guests to The Paris hotel on the half hour from morning until 9:30 pm.

Staff was extremely nice in the beginning, unfortunately my son had an accident during our stay that seemed to alter some behaviors. Hotel staff was fully aware of the incident so when we returned to the property, they had a different demeanor. No more friendliness, professionalism, or anything of that sort. Even asked if there was something that could be done about a later check out due to my son being injured and the most we got was 1 hour more rather than being accommodating and understanding. Accidents happen, but they treated the situation and my family like we were to be avoided after the matter. We feel this could have been handled much better and hope maybe this review will help them be more accommodating to families in similar instances.

This property is amazing! It's in a really good location for exploring the surrounding areas. The pools are clean and we'll maintained. This is the only place I like to stay when I'm in Las Vegas!

I was not that impressed with our handicapped suite after seeing an owners suite. Kitchen was awkward and outdated. The rest of the suite was excellent !!
