I have stayed at Fontainebleau many times, and it is one of my favorite hotels. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations. I booked a Royal Suite specifically because it included a bathtub, but I was instead placed in a Nobel Suite without one. Additionally, my room amenities were not restocked daily. I understand it was a busy weekend, so I chose not to raise a complaint at the time. However, given the consistently excellent customer service I’ve experienced during previous stays, I did expect a higher level of attention and consistency on this visit.
