We had a great stay at the Fontainebleau. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained and comfortable. The food at the promenade was ok but nothing to write home about. For the price you can find better quality food. If you’re looking for water there is a bottle refill station near the valet/parking lot. Bottles of water in the hotel are pricy. Other than the overpriced food and water we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

There was no hot water in the shower and sink in one of the bathrooms, snacks were never restocked, limit to cash a check at the cashier cage was a ridiculously low, went to Bellagio to cash a check and had no problems, food court had very little to select from, and slot machines were extremely tight and not paying. We have a limo driver that we have used for many years and when we went out to get picked up the help stated that when we need a limo driver we were to call him and no one else, that he would take care of this. Was also disappointed when we went to set up massages and were told they do not do in room massages. After spending the amount on the suite, it was small compared to other casinos we have stayed at. Overall experience not good and would not stay there again.

We decided to select a nicer hotel this trip for our wedding weekend and it was so worth it. Everything was very beautiful, the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, and it was conveniently located. As much as I said I wouldn't want/need to stay at a 5 star hotel in Vegas ever again, I can't see myself wanting to stay anywhere else.

New modern hotel
Very nice hotel! Great service and staff. Everything was new and so modern! They had usb and type c plug ins next to the bed and all the lights and curtains were controled with touch buttons, so fancy! The only thing i wish they had were chairs on the patio for sitting outside. Otherwise everything was wonderful

The ABSOLUTE best shower water pressure if any hotel or resort I've been in, in 20 years! So relaxing and didn't take 20 minutes to wash shampoo out of my hair! The room was great, views were great, staff was AMAZING and the most helpful. Food option all day and night. Was a 5 minute walk to the festival grounds we were attending. Standard great Vegas hotel rewards program.

Stunning property, very clean, everyone was very nice. I wish there was coffee in the room, we had to order from room service and a pot for 2 people was $30 with gratuity. Otherwise highly recommend especially if you are attending an event at the fair grounds. Not much else is easily walkable so we took an under to the strip. But there’s stuff to do on property too. Amazing shower/tub also.

She made it seem like she’s doing us a huge favor by giving us the room early where we had already a manger leave a note about early check in and room upgrade. A "high end" property by price only. They nailed the "luxury costs" except in price only. They miss customer service and quality by a long shot. From a dirty room to start off with, the broken door that wouldn't latch (the fix is to slam the door), the silly nickle and dime shot like a fully stocked over priced mini fridge. Restaurants on site are expensive, poorly staffed with mediocre food. The food court is understaffed and poor quality ($25 for a soggy burrito), even got those orders incorrect. Over all, poorly staffed and trained though they insure you pay for it.

The hotel rooms were very nice, and being a new hotel everything is clean and new still. That being said, it was far from everything (but perfect for the festival we attended) and there wasn’t a lot on property. It took almost an hour to get a bagel online after pre ordering, and it was a struggle to find coffee. We ordered room service and they never came back to pick it up, even after we called, so our room smelled like food for the rest of our stay.
