Its a good location. Walking distance from vegas strip... many places to eat inside or around the casino....7 minutes away from the raiders stadium...can see it from my room window...everyone very friendly.

The property is convenient for being near the Rio but has fees fir services even if you dont use them such as parking. Housekeeping came in when our do not disturb sign was on the doorknob! It is smokey and very short pool times.

When the Las Vegas Star Trek convention is in town at the Rio, I always choose to stay at the Gold Coast. It’s a better deal, plus the rooms are nice and clean, and it’s only a five minute walk to the convention. The only downside is that, this year, two of the four elevators were out of service for a lot of my stay. It wasn’t a big deal, but had it been busier it would have been an inconvenience. At any rate, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was an okay place to sleep but there was limited dining options, and the restaurants weren't open very late. The elevators were constantly not working, the drink machine on my floor was not working.

The Noodle Bar and Bowling cafe is good value for money. The pool and jacuzzi area was clean and enjoyable. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Across the road there are lots of food options.
